And then I ate it all
Vegan Thanksgiving. It's even more delicious than it looks.

Walnut Lentil loaf
Mashed potatoes and navy beans with garlic
Sweet potatoes with roasted pecan casserole
Wild rice with assorted things
Gravy made with mushrooms and white wine.

Oooh, I might have to give the Banana Cream Pie a try. Oh, and I took the Cranberry pilaf to the last Christmas event and it was a hit. :D

It was yum. The selection of coconut milk for the whipped cream is important. We went to 3 stores looking for the recommendation.

It all looks so good. Thanks for sharing. Totally going to make some of her recipes come tofurkey day.

Are you vegan yourself?
Anyway, great recipes! I saved the loaf and will definitely try it (just not sure when ...).

I always want to throw a vegan thanksgiving. However, I'm at that stage in life where I'm expected to go visit family for Thanksgiving, so even though I bring vegan dishes, there's still a bunch of other crap on the table.

Well, it's just the two of us.
